En esta conversaci\u00f3n, Jos\u00e9 Mart\u00ednez Exp\u00f3sito, vicesecretario del Gremi Artes\u00e0 de Xurrers de Catalunya, explica c\u00f3mo el gremio trabaja para fomentar pr\u00e1cticas m\u00e1s respetuosas con el medio ambiente, promoviendo el uso de materiales biodegradables, la reducci\u00f3n de residuos y la mejora de la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica en sus establecimientos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adem\u00e1s, se destaca la importancia de la tradici\u00f3n churrera en Catalu\u00f1a y c\u00f3mo esta puede adaptarse a los nuevos retos ecol\u00f3gicos sin perder la esencia artesanal que la caracteriza.
